Biography
I was born and raised in northern Sweden to Lebanese parents, spending most of my upbringing in Örnsköldsvik. I studied physics and astronomy at Uppsala University, and attained my PhD in astronomy and astrophysics from the University of Geneva in 2024.
Since 2025, I am a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) Postodoctoral Fellow at the Center for Astrophysics at the University of Porto (CAUP) in Portugal.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the cinema, hiking at high altitudes, dancing salsa and writing short stories.
